    Defender Jack Hendry came through the youth ranks at Partick Thistle and after a string on impressive performances for the Development squad, made his first team debut on the final day of the 2014/15 season in a goalless draw at Motherwell.

    Hendry came off the bench in the opening game of the following campaign in a 0-0 draw at Hamilton and made his first start the following week at home to Celtic.

    However just two games later Hendry to Wigan Athletic after just five games for Thistle and made his debut away at Crewe in the Football League Trophy in October.

    Jack’s Latics’ appearances were limited to the Johnstone Paints Trophy and in March joined fellow League One side Shrewsbury until the end of the season.

    In August Hendry joined Milton Keynes Dons on a six month loan and made 12 appearances for the League One side.

    In the summer of July 2016 Hendry moved back north to join Neil McCann’s Dundee and was thrown into the deep end against Arbroath pre season, within 24 hours of signing on at Dens Park.

    Jack made his competitive debut against Raith Rovers in the League Cup and scored a 92nd minute in the 2-1 win.

    In 2018 Hendry signed for a Club Record deal (Dundee) to Celtic where he debuted v Kilmarnock FC Saturday 3 Feb 2018 in Celtics starting 11.
